I, the “Volunteer”, in signing this Participant Release Form (the “Release”) voluntarily and without duress, acknowledge that I understand its intent, and that I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, do hereby agree to absolve and hold harmless EnviroCentre (and any other parties connected with EnviroCentre, including the Hidden Harvest program) from and against any and all claims, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, for death, personal injury or bodily injury, property damage of any kind, howsoever caused, including any claim, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, arising from the negligence of EnviroCentre, its agents, servants or employees arising out of or in the course of my participation as an EnviroCentre volunteer. This Release extends to all claims, foreseen and unforeseen, known or unknown.

Further, if I am participating as a volunteer, that:

I represent that I am capable of volunteering in this capacity and I further agree to absolve and hold harmless EnviroCentre and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liability and demands of any kind, in law or equity, arising as a result of a breach of these representations.

I acknowledge and understand that I am responsible for the well-being of myself, and any minors under my care, and associated equipment while volunteering. This includes theft and any physical damage to the associated equipment. I acknowledge that I may be responsible for paying the costs of replacing or repairing associated equipment, if such theft or damage occurs.

This Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, as are applicable. In the event that any clause or provisions of this Release shall be held to be invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release, which shall continue to be enforceable.
